The project includes four prominent landmarks: (the Opera House, museums, a sports stadium, and aquariums), in addition to a marina and beach resorts. , restaurants, cafes, various shopping options, and modern residential areas. The project, which costs 75 billion Saudi riyals, will see the development of 5.7 million square meters in the heart of Jeddah.<br \/>\nThe project is being implemented in three phases, and its first phase is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2027, through the completion of 3 of the 4 main landmarks (the ocean basins, the stadium, and the opera house), in addition to several other major elements of the general plan of the project, such as the public beach and the marina.
