It is also concerned with the responsibility of regulations and legislation with the aim of preserving the environment, cultural and human heritage, urban development, and achieving concepts of sustainability in the region. The region will provide many opportunities for local and international investors.<br \/>\nThe project area is located in the southwest of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and includes the highest peak in the Kingdom with a height of 3,015 meters above sea level. Because of its high altitudes, Al-Souda enjoys a moderate climate and a unique atmosphere.
