Biban 23 Forum launches, which enhances communication between owners of small and medium enterprises and entrepreneurs from all over the world
The General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monshaat) launched the Biban Forum in 2017, to be a platform for business owners and entrepreneurs to meet with major investors and major companies to exchange experiences, innovative ideas, and the best solutions to meet challenges.
The forum provides small and medium enterprises with the opportunity to communicate and cooperate among themselves, provides them with resources and opportunities, and creates the appropriate environment for their growth and prosperity.
In addition, the forum holds training courses, provides advisory services through experts in the public and private sectors, and brings together investors and financing agencies.
The Biban Forum is a platform for young entrepreneurs, where they share their ideas and dreams, and through which they receive the support they need to transform these ideas into projects on the ground.
By gathering all resources in one place, the forum is a vital source for small and medium enterprises, which are looking to consolidate their position in the market and advance their operations to higher levels.

On Sunday and Monday, Jumada al-Awwal 17-18, 1444 AH, corresponding to December 11-12, 2022 AD, the Saudi Ministry of Finance will organize the 2023 Budget Forum accompanying the announcement of the state’s general budget for the fiscal year 1444-1445 AH (2023 AD), at the King Abdullah Petroleum Research Center (KAPSARC) in Riyadh.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance for Communication and Media, Hassan bin Abdul Rahman Al Al-Sheikh, explained that about 30 speakers from the government and private sectors will review during the forum’s sessions the government’s performance for the year 2022, and the impact of government services on the citizen and the private sector. They will also talk about the plans and future projects of those entities.
He pointed out that the forum includes 11 dialogue sessions, with the first day witnessing the holding of six sessions discussing the following topics: “Financial sustainability and economic growth drivers,” “Sustainable energy,” “Basic services in light of national transformation,” “The role of infrastructure and logistics services in supporting… Economic development,” “The impact of enabling investment on economic growth,” and “Strengthening the technical sector to enable the digital economy.”
He added that the second day will witness the holding of five dialogue sessions that will discuss the following topics: “National industry and its role in confronting risks,” “Facilitating business and its role in the economy,” “The impact of tourism and culture on economic development,” and “The impact of the budget on empowering women.”
He also indicated that the sixth edition of the Knowledge Diwaniyah Forum, which will be held under the title “Investing in the Kingdom… Aspirations and Opportunities,” will be held in conjunction with the Forum. He also explained that an interactive exhibition will be held on the sidelines of the forum to highlight the Kingdom’s achievements.

The Financial Sector Conference is one of the most important dialogue platforms that attract decision-makers in the financial sector and senior executives in financial institutions. It is organized by the partners of the Financial Sector Development Program, represented by: the Ministry of Finance, the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia, and the Capital Market Authority.

This is the ninety-second (92nd) holiday in the history of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as the celebration of this national day dates back to the year 1932 AD, when King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman bin Faisal Al Saud announced the unification of the Kingdom’s lands.
In 2005, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz announced that this occasion would be an annual official holiday in the country for all employees in the public or private sector.

On the occasion of the launch of the Human Capacity Development Program by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince, Prime Minister and Chairman of the Human Capacity Development Program Committee – may God protect him – a dialogue session was held on the program’s details, goals and initiatives. Members of the Program Committee participated in the session: His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Engineer Ahmed Al-Rajhi, His Excellency the Minister of Education, Dr. Hamad Al-Sheikh, His Excellency the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Mr. Bandar Al-Khorayef, His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Education and Training Evaluation Authority, Dr. Khaled Al-Sabti, and His Excellency the Governor of the Foundation. General Technical and Vocational Training Dr. Ahmed Al-Fuhaid.
The session, moderated by Her Excellency Dr. Enas Al-Issa, Director of Princess Nourah Bint Abdul Rahman University, addressed a number of topics, starting with the introduction of the human capabilities development program, which is one of the programs to achieve Saudi Vision 2030, and the program’s role in enhancing the competitiveness of the Saudi citizen locally and globally. The session will be attended by a number of government agencies, the private sector, the non-profit sector, specialists in the field of human capacity development, and local and international media.
